Requirement:
 General architect
1. major in architecture of a well-know university, undergraduate course
or above educational background, first-grade certified registered
architect;
2. over 15 years working experience in large Class-A design institutes or
corporations;
3. working experience in the same position preferred
General Urban Planner
1. urban planning or related majors of a well-know university,
undergraduate course or above educational background;
2. national first-grade certified registered urban planner;
3. over 10 years working experience in large Class-A design institutes or
corporations;
Chief Structural Engineer
1.major in structure engineering of a full-time university, undergraduate
course or above educational background;
2. over 10 years structure design working experience, over 5 years
working experience in Class-A design institutes or corporations, ever
worked as a professional principal of public investing construction
projects;
3.skillfully master the software related to the design of structure,
familiar with all the specifications and the latest technical development
trend involving this profession;
4. careful and precise, having good working ethics and teamwork spirit
and good coordination and management capability;
5. first-grade certified structural engineer qualification needed;
6. master or above and famous university bachelors educational background
preferred;
Structural Engineer
1. first-grade certified structural engineer qualification needed;
2. skillfully master the software related to the design of structure,
familiar with all the specifications and the latest technical development
trend involving this profession;
3.careful and precise, having good working ethics and teamwork spirit and
good coordination and management capability;
Architect
1. graduated from formal universities, major in architecture;
2. over 10 years architecture working experience, extensive practice in
drafting design
HVAC Engineer
1. major in HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning)of a full-time
university, undergraduate course or above educational background;
2.over 3 years working experience in large design institutes or
corporations;
3. capability of independently undertake the design of HVAC in each stage,
familiar with all the specifications involving this profession;
4. having good teamwork spirit and good coordination and communicating
capability;
Electric Engineer(Strong electricity and ebb
electricity)
1.related major of a full-time university, undergraduate course or above
educational background;
2. master strong electricity and ebb electricity design for civilian
building and public building, experience in Intelligent Building design
preferred;
3. over 6 years working experience in medium or large design institutes
or corporations;
4. careful and precise, having good working ethics and teamwork spirit
and good coordination and management capability;
Engineer of Water Supply and Drainage
1. major in water supply and drainage of a full-time university,
undergraduate course or above educational background;
2. over 6 years water supply and drainage design working experience in
medium or large design institutes or corporations, ever worked
independently as a professional principal of medium or large projects;
3. capability of master professional knowledge in architectural water
supply and drainage , understand the principle of HVAC design;
4. careful and precise, having good working ethics and teamwork spirit
and good coordination and management capability;
5.familiarity with ecological energy saving preferred;
Director of Landscape Design
1. major in urban planning or related fields, undergraduate course or
above educational background;
2. over 5 years working experience in medium or large design institutes
corporations or overseas companies;
3. hold the city architectural theory of "Master Plan, huge architecture,
grand landscape" and other advanced design ideas;
4. good working ethics and teamwork spirit and good coordination and management
capability;
5.overseas working experience preferred, attractive salary offered;
Landscape Designer
1.major in architectural engineering, landscape design or related fields;
2. over 3 years working experience of landscape design, capability of
independently undertake design projects;
3.extensive experience in drafting design and on-site coordination
skills;
Real Estate Planner
1. major in architecture or real estate management or related fields,
undergraduate course or above educational background,over 3 years related
working experience;
2.ever planned several large-scale real estate programs and be able to
plan independently;
3.Capability of profound case stuy, able to independently do prophase
planning, marketing planning and promotion planning,etc for each case in
real estate development;
4. Familiarity of the market, strong capability of constantly updating
the knowledge with the development of this industry to learn the trend
timely;
5. Strong ability in communication and management.
Professional Staff for Plant Disposition
1. major in plant disposition or related fields
2. unique aestheticism sense, over 2 years working experience;
3. Capability of designing plant disposition independently;
