General Information:
The project is one part of the“Golden Port • Gongyuan International” , the reforming programme of the entire old city. It starts from the Pailou Road in the north stretching to the Ruxue Street in the south, with Yingwu Middle Road in the east and new planned Banqiao Middle School west. This plot is defined as Culture and Leisure Square, with a range of 15385m2, about 23 mu.

Design Concept:
Our aim is to create a Celebrity Leisure Square, which can truly embody the urban style and inherit the historical culture, with certain set of supporting function. Through analysis and study of those cultur monuments and sites, which was combined with morden square, we made them reinforce each other. Our innovation and new materials and techniques on the basis of traditional architectural color s and shapes, made traditional Chinese architecture be carried forward and have a more lasting vitality, and also in line with the position of a Cultural Square. Connected corridor made the buildings be linked through a row, and provide the best commercial value.
