General Situation：
The plot is located in Xiuzhou District, extending to Zhonghuan East Rd in the east, and with the  Third Southeast Rd (Champ Elysees Avenue) in the south. This project is between two municipalities (District Government of Yuexiu and Municipal Government of Jiaxing), with a lot of public facilities such as Sports Center, Forest Park and International Trade City surrounded by. It lies in the north part of Paris Metropolis and it is the biggest commercial form there. Wich such an excellent and important position, it will turn into an economical, political and cultural centre in the future. Since Zhonghuan East Rd is an expressway, the most of passengers and vehicles come from the Third Southeast Rd.

Design Concept:
We gave up the simple and isolated commercial mode in this design, and put many functions as shopping, leisure, entertainment and cultural activities together, through which the residents can fulfill many different aims during only one trip.

As a commercial center, it should have a positive external image and a strong cohesion inside. Therefrore, the centralized spacial plan gave it a brilliant and remarkable image and we introduced elegant commercial street style into the new constructions, which made the shopping mall perfectly a part of the surroundings.
