General Information
Close to the center of Shaoxing county, Cuizeyuan community is situated in the urban ecological core—the east coast of Guazhu Lake. With a planning total area of 74,123 ㎡, a net area of 71,532 ㎡, it is adjacent to the Shuangmei Middle School in the north, Guazhu River in the west and Baike Road in the southeast, great environment.

Shaoxing is located in the southern margin of north subtropical, East Asian monsoon popular there, seasons distinct, winter and summer long while spring and autumn short. Abundant rainfall, rich sunshine, and moderate moist makes it a famous Water Village.

Focusing on the daily life of residents, starting from the whole situation, we harmonized the functions of life, leisure and habitation. Through sharing the  public resource, leading the life style and habits of residents, we build up a fashionable top grade community.

1. Design the life, lead life style

Villas are different from the normal communities. Those who lives in a villa, has a stronger consume ability and pursuit of life quality. In this design, we start from the point of “leisure life” and lead a fashionable life concept in.

2. Study the character of community, highlight the difference of functions

As a top villa district, an absolute privacy is the guarantee of its high-grade, so the landscape design shoule separate the private leisure space apart from the public one. Family courtyard must be individual, and the public space will be taken into the river-bank belt.

3. take advantage of natural environment, match the ecological need

The community is close to the Guazhu Lake, along which there are platforms, leisure trails, and squares. All of these fully take advantage of the water landscape to build a comfortable leisure landscape belt. Green is the topic of it, and virescence can meet the ecological need.
