The quarter is in Shaoxing city, facing to
Daming Road in the north, connecting the south Road of jiefagn
Road and being close to Nanchi Rive.
1. Base on the requirement of human beings Designer should
consider carefully for the residents in the quarter that how
to provide convenient traffic, beautiful view and good places
for recreation and doing ecercises.
2. Give precedence to environment
Attach importance to the environment protection. Organize
the limited resource in the best way and protect the nature
environment at the same time.
3. The principle of close to water.
The landscape design around Nanchi rive is a very important
part of this project. The designers decide to make use of
the rising and dropping in different seasons to make people
possible to have a close contact with water. They will set
a lot of platforms, plank roads and pavilions in the residential
quarter.
This design tries to harmonize every aspect of the residents'
life and build up favorable neighborhood.
