The project is located in Xiucheng District of Jiaxing, in the west of East Zhonghuan Road, south of DongnanSan Road, east of Zhongchang Harbor and next to a small rive in the north. With the total area of 10,3075 m2 within which 226,202 m2 up ground and 5000 m2 under ground, the green belt occupies 48.5% in the area.
Relying on design ideas of the construction layout pattern, on the basis of residents' daily activities, harmonize people's life, recreation, entertainment and residential function to realize the sustainable development and construct "Paris city" to be one of the first class building in east China.
