The Golden Trumpet Shell Square lay in the west of Tokyo Avenue, the axis of Haiyang city, to which the west is Qinggong Hotel and south Haizheng Road. The whole plot was divided into two parts, the north and the south. In this project, the south region was defined as a top grade shopping center. neighbouring activities.
Design Concept
Through a research of Haiyang, digging out the culture connotation of this city, and analysis of the architectural layout forms and styles, we combined “commercial movements, urban leisure, plage culture” together to build a shopping center which has all the functions of shopping, leisuring and entertaining. We had also tried to bind the plage culture together with modern commercial culture to create a new bright spot in Haiyang.
1. Maintain and fuse local culture, construct it to be a highlight of the city
The Golden Trumpet Shell Square is an important part of the city's space structure and city commercial structure and is a kind of extension of Haiyang's city culture. As a city on seashore, Haiyang has an abundant human culture and a beautiful scene. This project is aiming to digging and developing particular landscape of this city,
which is the main approach to upgrade the view and taste of the city
2; To be simple and nature, create a variety of commercial landscape
Commercial walking street is recognized by large people flux and fast turning over, so the design should be very simple. In its layout, leave enough space for walking, pay attention to the harmoniousness of visual effects and form a diversity of commercial space by a variety kinds of combinations.
3;Attach importance to people participation to construct commercial atmosphere
Modern business landscape pays more attention to human participation, designing more reasonable dimension to build a more comfortable and friendly shopping environment. At the same time, we upgraded the whole business level in an utmost way on the basis of fully considered the cost. Our unique landscape design is very interesting. Building a commercial walking street with good taste is a commercial task with the goal of constructing commercial atmosphere, conducting traveler's shopping and creating pleasant shopping environment.
4;Human beings oriented, create pleasant recreational space
A healthy commercial walking street is centered in clients. It should satisfy the demands from clients and provide good shopping opportunities for its clients in an utmost way. It should be friendly and human-based, so the space dimension should be suitable for walking and rest. |
