Quzhou lay in the Heilongjiang River Reach on the Haihe Plain, east of Taihang mountain in the south of Hebei Province. It belongs to Handan city, which has a total area of 667 km2 and a population of 404 thousand.

Design Concept
A. This design combines modern landscape functions and European styles together to creat a elegant and terse image effect and form a natural garden landscape with a water village flavor in the city. B. The landscape environment in the community shoule be design to match the residents’ life habits and actions to creat a convenient traffic condition and beautiful view and free leisure space for them. Human’s participation shoule be considered into landscape design, and human’s action should be the main element, through which a leisure atmosphere and neighbouring communication space can be created. C. This design takes full advantage of the architectural layout ang highlights the courtyard landscape, space landscape and vertical design. The whole community has a clear spacial arrangements, ups and downs, and the public landscape, the one between buildings and courtyard landscapes are all unique, which makes the living environment so vivid, and changeable, beside that , virescence effect are very helpful in creating a green entironment. D.This community combines the northern geographic and cultural environment, mainly the broadness style of north, matching the need of that cold, insufficient sunshine north part. At the same time, it is given a subtle feeling of south parks, which makes it so harmonious.
