Project background:
The project is located in the development area of Dongyang, connecting to Gonglian residential area in the east, next to Renming Road in the west. The tax building is standing in its south and the courthouse in the opposite. It is a commercial land with boundless business opportunities, not far away from Dongyang local government and Binghe square.
Design ideas:
Under the precondition of fully understand the environment and its relationship with surroundings, this plan has reached the goal of “communicate with the city and survive with the environment”. The fluent and clear lines fulfill the requirements from the architecture itself. Its cleanness in general and exquisite details embodies its elegant temperament and unique characteristics. Base on human beings, the design is recreational and comfortable. It focus on building easy way of material and spiritual life and put a commercial residential area of 21th century into a city with deep culture background.
