Project background::
With the area of 107.8 k㎡, Dainan town has a total population of 92,600, within which 30,000 are migrants. Ningyan arterial highway goes through the town. The gate of Ningjingyan freeway in Dainan formed the transportation pattern of “six vertical and six across” which give convenience to the traffic here. And this place is named as “pearl of Water County” for its good environment, developed economy and deep culture atmosphere.

Design ideas:
On the basis of fully understand urban planning and local culture, we divide the whole plot into several pieces and try to give a definite category to different business with reasonable structure. 

Plane analyze of architects:
Network with big posts which can be separated easily
Solid structure:
Combining traditional characters of architects, take slope roofs in buildings.
Vertical structure analyze:
The height of the bottom floors are 4 meters, 3.5 m for second floors, 3.6m for third floors
