General Information:
Located in the central part of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the middle reach of the LiuJiang River, a branch of Xijiang River, Liuzhou is an important regional economic center and traffic hub, a comprehensive developed industrial city, and a place full of unique historical culture and landscape as well, where assembles 32 minorities including Zhuang, Han, Mulao, Yao, Dong, Miao and so on. The terrain there is high in the northwest part, a little lower in the northeast, and plain in the middle. There are hills, mountains, alluvial plain, well-developed karst, which created a great amount of astonished mountains and caves, many of which are famous tourism scene. It has a sub-tropical monsoon climate there with long summers and short winters, sufficient sunshine and plenty of rainfall, and its annual average temperature reaches 20.60C.
The community of Mansion of Northern City lay in the north part of Liuzhuo, around which industrial lands assemble. The east of it is North Sparrow Road, south a branch road for daily life, west hypo-main avenue in planning, and north the dedicated railway of Liuzhou Power Plant, which will turn a main artery of this city.
A. We took an overal consideration about the inner and external spacial enviroment, trying to balance the planning spacial construction and natural environment to achieve the harmony between human and nature.
B. We created an positive space with variety to match the needs of the new life style and individual development in this age, meanwhile we paid much attention on carry on the traditional culture as well.
C. A resonable planning will be helpful in acquiring a better sound environment to minimize the noise pollution.
D. We built up a perfect traffic system half for vehicles and half for men. We took local climate element into consideration, and preferred a walking environment which shades the passengers from the sun.
E. Plenty of outdoor exercise and rest facilities were equipped, through which the residents there can be led on the way to health.
F. Non-obstacle design is the basic point of a leisure community for living.
G. The reasonably planned equipments can match the material need of those residents and also make them feel pace and mentally pleased.
H. We offered a modern construction apperearance and room model design that match the characteristics of local life, emphasizing on the integration of the rooms and the natural environment.
