Project background:
It is located in the new municipal government building area
of Suqian of Jiangsu Province. The project reaches to Fazhan
Road (61 m) in the east, Qinghai Hu Road (36 m) in the south,
Guihua Road (18 m) in the west and Weishan Hu Road (32 m)
in the north, totally occupying 45,966.7 m2
Planning idea:
A business center --- Concentrates five-star hotel, general
merchandise market, business walking street and top-leveled
apartment into one part, focus on its inner connection and
particular kindness to fuse all the parts together.
Cohesion --- As the business center of Suqian, it must have
a strong out appearance and emphasis its core cohesion as
a business center, so the master layout is designed as "one
center, two districts and three streets". Taken as the main
channels of the future business center, Fazhan Road and Qinghai
Hu Road are designed as the main roads to be radiated from
the business center to the outer space.
Penetrability --- The open space of the center will penetrate
and be extended from the center to the street around it to form
a virescence net that integrate point, line and sphere.
