General Introduction:
Shaoxing, sited in the south of Changjiang Delta, connecting to Ningbo in the east and next to Hangzhou in the west, is one of the first 24 famous cultural and historical cities. Saoxing, as the the source of Hemudu Culture, is one of the political, economical and cultural centers from Qing Han dynasty to Ming Qing dynasty. It is the hometown of a lot of famous people. This city was name as “a pearl in Jiangnan”,” home of the silk” and “Land of Culture”.

Didang New Town is in the northeast of Shaoxing with the total area of 572 ha. It is designed as a business and trading center, an office building center, an exhibition center, a leisure residential quarter and the Didang park area.

Design Idea:
Introducing the theory of ecological building, by the technological processing to the overall placement and independent architectures, make the whole quarter and the independent buildings tightly  connected.

Honored and elegant, with strong spirit of modern time are the symbols of Didang New Town which is confident and predominant.
