The foundation of this project is located in Gao Jialou Village in Weicheng district of Weifang, of which east is Qingnian Road, watching each other with the ¡°Bailang River¡±. In the south is Gaojia Street, west Yuehe Road, north a branch road close to normal life, and middle is divided by Shuiku Road into east part and west part.

In the design process, we focused on the creation of a modern habitation and landscape to improve the quality of the entire district. By landscape design, the negative effect of surrounding natural environment was decreased. Using the resouce from the tea market sufficiently, we made an image of a modern commercial area with intense local characteristic, which highers the taste and improves the image and competitiveness of the whole city.

By combining dots, lines and surfaces, scientific space arrangement can separate the inner part flexibly to match the demands of all different kinds of clients.
