Location:
Jiangdu is in the middle of Jiangsu Province and south of
Changjiang River. It is a plain with lakes and rivers interlaced.
The piece of land totally occupies 1,332.54 KŠO(85.5% land
and 14.2% water area)
This project is situated on the junction of the 328 national
highway of Jiangdu and Jingwan River with the even terrain
and nature water system of Jinwan River. The land is occupying
386,700ŠO and is divided into two area of south and north.
Design Principles:
1.Clearly give specific functions to different areas.
2.Pay special attention to these aspects: architectural layout,
traffic lines, architecture design, inner and outer environment.
3.Attach importance to the influence that the project make
in the master urban planning.
Design idea:
The design is stick to the principle of human oriented. So
we are making great efforts to build a comfortable material
and cultural environment to give a harmoniousness to the residents
and the surroundings. Equipped with various kinds of public
facilities for excise and entertainment, reasonably arranged
with trees, grass and traffic lines, people here can enjoy
an quite easy life in a roomy space. |
