It is in the south of Keqiao County, southeast corner of the cross of Jianhu Road and Kehua Road, occupies 59,567©O land area and construction area of 87224.9©O. (7074.9©O surface and 10150©O underground). This project is under its construction but it has been granted "2005 Classic Residential Housing Project of Zhejiang" and has been selected to attend the National Classic Residential Project Competition" on behalf of Zhejiang.

Deasign idea:
1. Comply with the principle of the local government of Keqiao to build it as a undividable part of the city.
2. Realize the idea of "human oriented" by an architectural style of "modern court.
3. Combine environment figuring and architecture construction organically. Divide walkers and cars into different traffic flow.
4. Make use of high technologies to satisfy different requirement from residents.
5. Construct energy saving green buildings for a sustainable development.
6. Optimize design and save cost.
