Geographical environment:

to Jiefang Road in the west and Julong Road in the north,
the project sits in a place which has a very good traffic
condition and predominant geographical position. The planning
occupation is 64,160 m2 and the total building area is 102,100
m2 in fact.
Space Layout:
1. On the basis of the living standard of 21 century, over viewing
its space, inner and outer environment and apartment layout,
the designers try to make a top leveled modern living community.
2. The north is more crowed and thriving for it is near to Julong
Road, so the designers provide more greenbelt and commercial
booths there.
