Hesoms Staff General Assembly 2007
September 28th, 2007, 9:00 am, Hesoms Staff General Assembly2007 was held in Culture Plaza Hotel, with all the staff and LecturerWang Hong and Li Xiaochun from Zhongxu Entreprises Management Consulting Company participated.
Yang Fan, director of the General Manager Office presided over the meeting, and heads of departments all gave speeches, summarizing the work of the first half 2007 and making a work plane for the following half year.
Lecturer Wang Hong from Zhongxu also gave his best wishes to Hesoms, and called on all the staff to create a strong implementation just like the West Point.
Board Chairman Song Jianliang delivered a speech at the meeting too. Analyzing from two aspects: production value and social benefits，he pointed out that Hesoms has already transformed from a new venture company into a sustainable developed enterprise, which aims at creating a brand of its own. Meanwhile, Chairman Song also put forward the plan of next half year, that is to finish the goal set at the beginning of this year--- to double the brand value, design level, design output and staff quality on the basis of 2006. To be a leading design company in China is our long-term goal and according to Mr. Song, this surely can be true before 2010, which was believable under his actuality analysis about our management model, behavioral approach and defination of Chinese architects.
The meeting came to a successful conclusion in the warm atmosphere.
