Now, when applying for foreign-funded enterprise, the number of Hongkong and Macao residents who are qualified Chinese registered architect and registered engineer or have relevant experience should not less than the total number which is set by the Qualification Grade Standard Agreement and not less than a quarter of the number of technology backbones.
