| The "cultivating attitude"in urban planning should be changed Tianjin community of China Zhi Gong Party brought forward that we should attach importance to nature reserved land. In the 4th Plenary Meeting of the 11th Session of Tianjin People's Political Consultative, The Tianjin community of China Zhi Gong Party brought forward that people were always bearing a"cultivating attitude" in urban planning. It cased a lot of unreasonable and unscientific usage of land which led to the sharp decrease of nature reserved land. Considering the importance of nature reserve to city ecosystem and biological diversity protection, enough attention should be paid to it in city planning and land use planning.กกกก City nature reserved land is defined as a natural or almost area that occupies certain coverage in cities. They must have the eco-function in biological diversity maintaining, local species protection and complex gene conservation etc. City nature reserved land on the top of biological diversity. It is the last ecological environment for local species maintaining. So if w can keep a good protection on city nature land is the key of local species reservation. A leader of Tianjin community of China Zhi Gong Party Said that the nature reserved land in cites are under primary and apart protection. The reality is on one hand people destroy large area of natural green land but on the other hand they build a lot of artificial green land in cities. Nature reserved land in cities is call as "city's Beryl". Compared to artificial green land, they are more natural, is a natural ecosystem. However, this is what was ignored in city planning and construction. Tianjin community of China Zhi Gong Party brought forwarded that the protection of city nature reserved land should be enhanced. They advised that cities should make rules for their natural land protection to make it more standardized. A feasible management frame should be constructed to maintain and resume ecological process. To those protection areas which have been set, we should build core area and cushion area. Human being's interruption is strictly forbidden in core areas, plant isolation trees or other natural protection barrier in cushion area. At the same time, we should also construct green ecological corridor, keep nature reserved land to exchange material with the surroundings. They emphasized that we should make great efforts to strengthen civilian's consciousness on nature protection and make them participate into the work on nature reserved land and biological diversity protection. |
