The year of 2005 was full of challenge. The domestic policies was exerting a subtle influence on the structure of Chinese design market. The status of architectural design was being strengthened but the competition was also becoming keener. The requirements for business and public architectures are not only outer appearance and characteristic but also the way of combining design, culture and philosophy into city’s prosperity. A lot of works in some cities were failed. The main causes are: in order to catering the taste of owners, the designers did not study and understand these cities carefully. They just copied from others and made a lot of unsuccessful ones.
