Writer’s words: Paris city, which was designed by our company, had been awarded 2004 China Excellent Design and Planning Building. Some experts commented on this design when they were attending the Innovation and Planning of China City operation Meeting in Jiaxing during Apr.19 to Apr.21, 2006.

At resent, to see if a city is suitable for living, the index of happiness is the most important standard. The ideal mode of life is far away from noise and near to the nature. I believe Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou are far from this mode. They are going against nature, environmental protection and comfort. While Jiaxing is really the mode I have mentioned above. I think the index of living in Jiaxing should be high.
I have visited two buildings in Jiaxing on 18th, which Paris City impressed me deeply. It really surprised me. Both of the two buildings are classical. Natural sceneries are perfectly combined. The apartment design is also good, especially Paris City, which is suitable to variety kinds of people. I was joking with Mr. Shen “your design can apply for patent.” Mr. Wang said with emotion “Maybe just because of the difference between different areas and the stable of market, made it possible that such a great building can be seen in Jiaxing. It also upgraded the competition ability of local developers. Such kind of building would rank among the top ones even in Beijiang and Shanghai. If it was in the equal area in Shanghai, it should wouth 3,5000yuan/㎡”

Paris city shocked me. We did not expect there would have architect like this. It is rare to see all around China. The general planning and arrangement is perfect. My specialty is commercial real estate. I think you can make use of the 70,000㎡ business area to be leisure and traveling place. It is selling large conception and culture for business. The key point is how to plan it. Combining its advantages, we can conclude that the leisure area is in Paris City. Constructing commercial atmosphere to attracting more people, I am sure value of the houses of second and third phase would be surely upgraded.
