Wangdian town covers an area of 116 square kilometers with a total population of 66,000. It is a land of fish and rice with pleasant weather and beautiful environment.

There are provincial-level cultural relics protection units in the town -- zhu yizun, a famous writer of the qing dynasty, is a famous tourist town in zhejiang province. It is known as the "pearl" of jiangnan water town.

The overall layout of this case reflects the design concept of "one axis and two groups" :

One axis: the main axis of landscape throughout the north and south.

Between the north entrance and the south side of the river, through a series of landscape squares, landscape nodes and so on, the main axis of the south and north of the whole lot is formed.

Plan through the axis of the design, build a landmark of the main entrance on foot, become the distinctive landscape of this plot, at the same time the axis of a series of spatial layout as a public space open to the community and the surrounding residents, as part of their daily fitness, leisure activities, such as open places.

Due to the plot of the irregular l-shaped, based on the human settlements environment and building orientation, ventilation, lighting and so on to consider the land is divided into north and south two groups, each group internal closed-end management, reflect "open community, enclosed group" planning concept.
